These skirts are made from 100% repurposed traditional Indian saris. Due to the handmade and recycled nature of these skirts they may have some natural wear and tear and minor imperfections. That means that some of these fabrics have been worn and loved by women wearing them as traditional saris in India and carry their own unique beauty and stories.
Some unique quirks are to be expected on these breathtaking fabrics. I would never sell you a skirt that I wouldn't be proud to wear myself. You may find a hand-embroidered patch stitched on your skirt, pilling from being loved and worn, or tiny holes from where the previous owner pinned her sari, small tears or holes and other quirks that enhance the uniqueness of your special skirt.
These skirts are all different and may be made with any of the following fabrics: real silk, cotton, chiffon, viscose or polyester blends.
